Magdyn Osh Show at Pete’s Candy Store
So we heard Magdyn Osh’s music somewhere between episodes 2 and 3 back in November of 05′ and we were like ‘whoa this is cool we should use this’ so we emailed him or myspaced him or whatever and asked for permission to use a song in an episode. He was totally down. Meanwhile we kept on trying out his song for various episodes and it wouldn’t be quiet right so we’d go with another all the while knowing his song would be perfect for something. Skip to May 06′ we’re back in NYC working on episode 7 or something and we have a free screening at the Brooklyn Musuem and an after party at Soda Bar. Magdyn Osh shows up to the screening despite us not having used his music yet and parties with us at Soda. We were like ‘duuuuuuuuuuuuddde we’re still really into the song and it will be in an episode!!!’ and he was all ‘whatevs, doesn’t matter I just like the video podcast.’

MAGDYN OSH is pleased to announce the kickoff of our weekly September residency beginning this Friday September 7th, 9:00PM at Pete’s Candy Store.
Featuring new songs and arrangements, special guests, and melodic ambient folk music for fairgrounds. With banjo, pump organ, guitar and mandolin, and as many instruments as you can cram into the back of a old wooden train car. It’ll be a blast, hope you can make it!!! ( p.s. show flyer attached)
